I look like I'm copying others, but I decided on what I thought it was before opening up the comment screen... lol :) I think it will stand on it's side and you can rest markers on their side in it. I want one! Does it come with the markers, too? Just kidding! LOL :)
Ben is certainly one crafty fella! One of his ink pad holders is on my wish list, too! Maybe Jim can contract him to make me one for Xmas... :)

My guess is a pen/marker holder!
I see 2 grids which would make it perfect for a marker holder,so that is my guess.
But I don't see a bottom on it. That means it's not portable. Which would not be good for me. most of my stuff needs to be portable.
