In the mean time you may need some inspiration to get yourself going on this challenge, so try this recipe out... I have it down in my fridge waiting for me to try it out today :D! I got it out of the yummy, tempting Kraft magazine that comes once and awhile...good recipes from it :)!
Prep time: 25 min, total:2 hours 25 min incl refrigeration).
15 honey graham wafers
1 pkg. phili cream cheese, softened
2 cups milk
1 pkg. Jello-vanilla instant pudding
3 c thawed Cool whip topping, divided
1 cup quartered strawberries
1 cup chopped up kiwi
1/3 c coconut (you can leave this out if you want)
arrange wafers on the bottom of your pan 9*13 pan
Beat: cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add milk, mixing until well blended after each addition. Add dry pudding mix;beat 1min. Gently stir in half of the whipped topping;spread over grahams in pan. Cover with remaining whipped topping. Top with fruit.
Refrigerate: several hours or overnight. Sprinkle with coconut just before serving. Sore leftover dessert in fridge.
Makes 15 servings, 1 square each.
