Stumped and stuck

I came across this neat dress maker template over on: http://www.stampington.com/html/tempting_template_on07_02.html

and thought I would give it a try, but I am officially stumped as to what to do with this...am trying to figure out how to incorporate it

 into a card. It itself is too small for a card. Any ideas?? The patterned paper I used for this dress is by BoBunny, couldn't resist using it for this paper for her dress.
