Question for all you techies out there

I am working on a new an improved photography blog, the other one that I had been posting on wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Anyways, I am wondering how one posts on the separate pages you have under the "tabs" at the top of the page??? I have tried everything that I could think of, so here I am asking all you lovely people :)!
