Card for Val's challenge to use only the paper we have at home

Here is my card from yesterday that I didn't get around to posting, too many things going on yesterday I think and today! I have also sort of added a side challenge for myself to the one Val gave us, and that is to make a card a day in April...you are more than welcome to join me on the side challenge...in fact I DARE you :p!
For this card, I just HAD to use the new stamp I picked up when we went for a "Crafty Road trip" to Julie's cousins crafty store...it is such a gorgeous stamp...just couldn't leave it there :p! The stamp is by "The Artful Stamper", just LOVE their stamps...

Here is a side view of what I did with this card to make the image just POP off the page and I used some Glitter Ritz (with Blue highlights) on the water down around the rocks.

Inky Hugs,
Catherine

Hi Catherine!
So glad you're playing along with this challenge! I love this stamp and what you have done with it - fab! Your side challenge sounds like a true challenge for me - I'm lucky to make a card a week! LOL! Hmmm.... I wonder if I could do it!? For the days that I'm in the country, I'll give it a try!
Cheers,
Val
